At a recent visit to Longreach I spent the day at the QANTAS Founders Museum, quite an astonishing place with a superb collection of QANTAS history, including several complete airliners. One such is Boeing 707 VH-XBA, formerly VH-FBA. The QANTAS 707-138s were a specific model designed specifically for QANTAS' long-haul routes.
